I have an Associates Degree in Business and happily self-employed.I was born and raised in a small town out in the country. I've always loved living in the south. Beautiful beaches, tasty food, spanish moss, the smell of honeysuckle and jasmine just can't be duplicated.
I'm always creating something in my spare time...sometimes I'm embellishing items with seashells and painting..other times I'm sewing pillow covers, hair flowers, napkins, etc. I created my Etsy store Shells and Blooms to share with others my two favorite things..seashells and beautiful romantic flowers.
To me there is nothing more natural than taking treasures that the ocean has given us..and creating beautiful pieces. My favorites are seashell encrusted hand mirrors, wall mirrors and photo frames. My other favorite is billowy, romantic flowers. I sell artificial flowers embellished with pearls, crystals, rhinestones, etc. I also hand cut oraganza, satin and chiffon to create unique fabric flowers. Many of my items are perfect for the bride to be or her bridal party.
